Roger B. Wade, President Graduated Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Member of American Concrete Institute and the Society of Professional Engineers. OverĀ 30 years experience in the construction industry. Responsible for developing the company's business philosophy, managing the company's business operations, and implementing the construction practices and procedures.
James M. Pandzik, A.I.A., Vice President Marketing and Design Graduated University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree. Registered Architect in the states of Ohio and Kentucky. Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Over 20 years of construction experience, plus over 10 years of experience in the practice of architecture. Responsible for developing and implementing the company's marketing program, coordinating the efforts of the Estimating Department and Pre-Construction Services.
Len Michaels, Vice President Estimating Graduated University of Toledo with an Associates degree in Building Construction. Continuing education in eleven construction related programs. Over 40 years of diversified experience in construction and related fields. Responsible for the methods and practices of the estimating department and the coordination of Plan Room activities.
Joel E. Singer, Vice President Construction Graduated Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. OverĀ 20 years experience in the construction industry. Responsible for project control/administration, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction department.
Project Managers Responsible for Project Control/Administration on assigned projects.
Project Coordinators Assist the Project Managers on larger projects and are responsible for the Project Control/Administration on smaller projects.
Site Superintendents Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of on-site operations and job site safety.
