The Residences of Courtyard Crossings is an age-restricted (55+) rental housing community containing a mix of 27 one bedroom units and 20 two bedroom units. The Project will accommodate deaf and hard-of-hearing elderly. It is located in Independence, KY.

The building is completed dried-in with roofing complete and windows installed. MEP rough-ins and masonry is in progress. Video was recorded March 23rd.
