The recently completed Western Hills Plaza was a two phase redevelopment entailing demolition of a vacant 2-story Sears store to accommodate for two new shell buildings. Building 1 is 32,424 square feet and is home to Spectrum, Ulta Beauty, and Old Navy. Building 2 is 9,475 square feet and currently home to Sleep Outfitters.

The exterior consists of an array of materials: EIFS, Fiber Reinforced Hybrid Siding, Brick Veneer, Cast Stone Bases, Concrete Masonry Unit Veneer Wall Systems, and Standing Seam metal clad awnings.
