The Cintech team celebrated the retirement of another one of our most dedicated Superintendents, Bart Foster.

Bart was one of the very first Cintech employees after the company was founded in 1984. Bart worked with Cintech for 17 years, between 1985-2000 and 2020-2022.

Through the 80s and 90s, Bart was responsible for overseeing some of Cintech’s largest projects at the time including Ashland Chemical, Karrington of Finneytown, Ken API, Magnet Technology, Enterprise Industrial Park, and several Group Health Associate projects.

One of his most memorable moments was at Ashland Chemical in Grove City where he had overseen 500-yard concrete pours per day for five consecutive days for an 8″-12″ reinforced 150,000 SF concrete slab. There were fifty 10-yard trucks dumping concrete and finishers there continuously to level out. Everyone was working around the clock.

He was critical in helping complete our more recent projects Serene Suites Memory, Madison Place Apartments, and Residences at Courtyard Crossings.

We wish Bart the best on his retirement!
