Cintech celebrated with Mike Castrucci Automotive on the Grand Opening of their new CDJR Dealership in Fairfax on Red Bank Road.

Mike Castrucci commended Cintech’s Project Team and gave our Superintendent, Gerry Baynum, a 12-year Pappy Van Winkle!

Cintech was awarded this project April 14th of 2021, 1-1/2 months in advance of breaking ground in order that steel could be procured early.   Ground broke on June 1st and the project achieved substantial completion on May 12th.    The new dealership is just over 40,000 square feet and features a Service Drive, Service Shop, Customer Lounge, Offices, a Conference Room, roughly 10,000 of Parts/Storage space, a New Vehicle Delivery room, and 2 Showroom Floors, one for the Jeep brand, and one for the Chrysler, Dodge, and Ram brands.  There are nearly 500 parking stalls for inventory parking as well as employee and customer parking.

This was Cintech’s 32nd Automotive dealership project in the Greater Cincinnati region!
