Flipside Products, a manufacturer and distributor of an array of school and office supplies currently located in Norwood, has selected Cintech to be the Construction Manager & MEP Design-Build contractor for their new Office and Warehouse to be located in Blue Ash.  ATA Beilharz Architects is the architectural firm of record, Schaefer is the structural engineer, and The Kleingers Group is the civil engineer.  Preconstruction meetings have been underway and preliminary coordination of work with MEP design-build components has started on the project.  The ground is expected to be broken in October.

The building will contain a 5,000 sf factory space, 26,000 sf storage area, and about 6,000 sf of office space.   The warehouse area will consist of precast wall panels, metal panel walls, TPO membrane roof.   The office building features a sloped standing-seam metal roof, precast concrete panel walls, glazing with aluminum canopies and metal panel rain screens, and accent metal wall panels.
