Cintech celebrated the ribbon-cutting ceremony with Kroger at the newly renovated Burlington location!
The project scope entailed demolition and renovation of the existing vestibule entry, with all new footings, structural framing, roofing, masonry, EIFS, storefront, MEPs, and interior finishes. Throughout the store, the perimeter walls were all updated with new paint and decor. VCT Flooring throughout the entire store was removed to expose the existing concrete floor which was polished. The Starbucks was relocated behind the new entry vestibule and a new customer service area was built in the Starbucks previous location. The existing customer service and accounting area was demolished and renovated to expand the existing pickup area.
The project took approximately 3 months to achieve substantial completion. Demolition of the entry vestibule began in early June. Steel was erected in mid-July. Substantial completion was achieved in mid-September.
This was Cintech’s 25th Kroger project.
