Project Summary
Ashland Chemical’s distribution facility in grove city was constructed adjacent to an existing railroad. Cintech built the offset tracks for the rail cars pull behind the newly constructed facility for off-loading into 8 storage silos.
The 120,000 Square foot facility features 14 loading dock bays for semi-trucks and contains a two story office space for administrative personnel that overlooks the distribution warehouse.
Site work featured a retention basin w/ a fountain to minimize algae growth.
