Project Summary
The Busam Subaru dealership in Fairfield underwent a large renovation which entailed demolishing the entire pre-existing showroom and sales floor as well as the servicing bay. New foundations and structural components were built to expand the showroom floor to include an added space for new car deliveries.
Additionally, an infill was built between the Pre-Owned Vehicles section of the dealership and the main showroom floor for the express service drive lanes. Prior to the renovation, these service drive lanes were outdoors. Now customers can drop-off their cars for servicing within a weather-proof space.
