Project Summary
The Evendale Surgery & Imaging Center was completed in three phases over the course of three years. The first phase consisted of three separate, single-story additions to the existing surgery center building and included new operating rooms with support areas, utility rooms and administrative areas.
Phase II consisted of a single-story imaging center with a separate entrance, x-ray suite, and MRI suites.
Phase III consisted of a two-story expansion between the existing surgery center and the new imaging center and includes additional operating rooms with support areas, recovery rooms, a kitchen, utility rooms, and administrative areas. A portion of the second level was constructed over the existing surgery center which contained operating rooms that were kept in service throughout the construction process.
