Flipside Products, a manufacturer and distributor of an array of school and office supplies, selected Cintech to be the Construction Manager & MEP Design-Build contractor for their new Office and Warehouse located in Blue Ash.
The office is approximately 6500 SF and the warehouse 33,000 SF. The office was constructed with 13′ tall precast panels and a sloped, standing-seam metal roof. It features two conference rooms, nine offices, collaborative spaces, a large break room, and an open office area. The warehouse area was constructed with 40 foot tall precast panels. It has 8 loading docks in the back for easy access and distribution of their school and office supplies.
