Project Summary
Joseph Chevrolet in Colerain, Ohio consisted of a complete demolition of their old storefront and curtain wall system to be replaced with an entirely new system that expanded the showroom another 2,000 square feet. Demolition of interior finishes from flooring to casework also took place and new finishes were applied to complement the upgrade of the exterior.
Despite the massive demolition requirements to their showroom, the dealership was able to stay open throughout construction.
