Project Summary
Joseph Toyota in Colerain, Ohio consisted of a new 14,000 square foot showroom addition. The upgrade features a clean and modern metal panel exterior system and 20 foot tall storefront systems throughout that brings in a lot of natural daylight while allowing customers to see the interior showroom vehicles from outside. The space also features a 6,000 square foot mezzanine for their offices.
The project also consisted of a new vehicle maintenance bay sized at 35,873 square feet which enabled the automotive group to add 28 bays of vehicle servicing. Additionally, their former 16 bay vehicle maintenance area was renovated to match the current standard of the new construction addition.
