Kingston of Ashland

Project Summary

This 14,364 square foot addition/expansion to Kingston’s Ashland facility connected two separate branches of the existing facility with  a new grand entry lobby with a circular driveway and portico, 16 new bedroom units, new administrative offices, a nurse’s station, an examination room, conference room, a 1,000 square foot physical therapy room, a speech therapy room, and 400 square feet of added storage space.

Additionally, the Kingston of Ashland project included a detailed demolition plan to remove and strip all finishes and fixtures of eight existing bedroom units (2,585 square feet) to be remodeled to match the new addition, including upgraded mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
