Project Summary
This two-story, 35,000 square foot, medical office building consists of a structural steel frame with an exterior brick veneer and cold-formed steel back up. The main entry features a precast concrete column wrapped with a manufactured eldorado mountain ledgestone. The concrete column supports a steel canopy wrapped with a pre-finished aluminum panel fascia. Cintech took the lead in implementing and managing the design/build work for the MEP scopes to ensure the building received maximum efficiency with the budgets allocated.
