Project Summary
The Ohio Valley Medical Center is a two-story surgery center that includes operating rooms, support areas, recovery rooms, a kitchen, utility rooms, and administrative areas. The project included site development, building shell, and interior finish work.
The project had a fast-track schedule with auger cast pile foundations starting prior to the completion of structural steel framing design. The building structure is a structural steel frame with light gauge metal framing sheathed and finished with a brick veneer. MEP work consisted of standard roof-mounted HVAC units, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems.
Cintech took the lead in scheduling the work, assembling an experienced team of subcontractors, purchasing materials and managing the construction process, delivering a highly technical building project within budget and on schedule. Cintech self-performed all doors & hardware and rough/finish carpentry scopes.
