Project Summary
Cintech was contracted to perform both the shell building and tenant finish work of the Panera Bread in Dent, OH which features a 2200 square foot front of house space for dining, beverages, cafe, and restrooms. The back of house consists of a 2,400 square foot area that includes a kitchen, prep / service aisle, a bakery, dry storage, dough cooler, freezer, and office.
The project had an aggressive schedule with long lead items and required stringent and precise coordination and schedule management of MEP subcontractors with finish subcontractors due to the small space. High quality finishes and attentiveness to detail were essential to keep integrity with Panera’s brand . Cintech brought the project to completion on schedule and budget and has since been invited by the owner, Anchor Development, to complete four more Panera Shell builidngs, and Covelli Enterprises, to bid the tenant finish work.
