Project Summary
Cintech was contracted to perform the site work and shell building of the Panera Bread in Mariemont, OH off of route 50 across from 50 West Brewery.
The project consisted of demolition of all prior existing structures and foundations along with all asphalt pavement, concrete walks, curbs, fencing, signage, and underground electric. For this project, Cintech was awarded from Hamilton County Soils and Water Conservation District, Outstanding Urban Cooperator for best earthwork management practices. The project consisted of extensive sitework with a two-phased erosion and sediment control plan, heavy grading, drainage plans, and an offsite sewer extension.
This Panera follows the redesign roll-out of new stores in 2018. It features a drive-thru and an outdoor patio with seating.
