Project Summary
Cintech was the general contractor on this “Class A,” two-story, 40,000 sf office building. The project scope included site development, site utilities, building core and shell as well as the interior finishes.
The building construction consists of poured-in-place concrete footings and foundations, structural steel frame, brick veneer exterior walls, aluminum and insulated glass, and single-ply membrane roofing. Building MEP’s included rooftop HVAC units, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems.
Interior construction included steel stud and gypsum partitions, acoustical ceiling tile, doors/hardware, and flooring throughout.
