Project Summary
The Red Bank Medical Office Building was a design/build project which consisted of suites for four different medical practices: an ambulatory surgery center, two specialty practices, and an imaging center.
This project included design, site development, site utilities, building shell and core, an elevator, stair towers, and four tenant finishes. The building was constructed on auger-cast pilings with the building frame being structural steel and steel joist framing with cold formed steel exterior walls. The exterior consists of brick veneers and aluminum framing for the insulated glass. The roof is a single-ply membrane. MEP work consisted of HVAC roof units, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler system.
Cintech took the lead in contracting and design coordination, subcontractor procurement, material procurement, and overall management of the construction process.
