The Residences at Courtyard Crossings is a 42,726 square foot, three-story affordable housing community that is age-restricted (55+) and focuses on accommodating the deaf and hard-of-hearing. The building contains (27) one-bedroom units (three of which are ADA-compliant) and (20) two-bedroom units (two of which are ADA-compliant).
The building features several common areas to encourage interaction amongst its residents. There is a patio under the central portico at the entry, a 500 SF lounge area, a 700 SF community room featuring a kitchenette, electric fireplace, and TV. Just outside the community room is an outdoor patio. Additionally, there is a gazebo just east of the building. There is a community room with a kitchenette and lounge.
Each unit in the building contains an open kitchen floor plan, living room, bathroom, laundry closet with hook-ups, and one or two bedrooms. In case a resident does not have their own laundry units, there are (6) coin laundry units on the first floor they can use.
