Project Summary
TPC Packaging contracted with Cintech to provide design-build services for their new 23,000 SF warehouse. Cintech selected MSP Design to provide architectural services and Abercrombie & Associates for civil services. The building features a loading dock area with four overhead doors, (2) for shipping and (2) for receiving. At the south wall of the building is a mezzanine that has (3) offices, a conference room, and a display area of the company’s products to show clients. The offices overlook the warehouse. Under the mezzanine there is a locker room, restrooms, and a breakroom for employees. Additionally, there is an IT/Data room and utility area.
