Project Summary
A two phase retail plaza redevelopment consisting of a demolition of the vacant 2-story Sears store to accommodate for two new buildings. Building 1 is approximately 40,000 Square feet and Building 2 is approximately 10,000 square feet. Each building is home to four retail tenants.
The exterior consists of an array of materials: EIFS, Fiber Reinforced Hybrid Siding, Brick Veneer, Cast Stone Bases, Concrete Masonry Unit Veneer Wall Systems, and Standing Seam metal clad awnings.
