Brookdale of Finneytown (formerly Karrington of Finneytown), followed similar spatial layout principles to the Brookdale of Kenwood design, albeit with a different exterior aesthetic, one more akin to a colonial style with its dormers, columns, shuttered windows, and symmetrical layout. Additionally, the design of this building focused on attaining a residential feel and creating a home environment, rather than an institutional environment.
The Brookdale of Finneytown , similar to the Kenwood location, features a large grand entry with a bifurcated stair, an ice-cream parlor, cafe, large dining hall, and salon.
